Repairs for small clinic in Gambia, € 600

Dr. Bojang is a Gambian doctor who returned to Gambia after his studies in the United States. He now runs a simple small clinic (with six beds) where he treats people for 50 dalasi (€ 1.50) for a consultation and medicine.

That doesn't always cover the costs of course, so those who have more money pay more and those who have no money at all pay in kind by bringing food for the doctor and his family for example. The small clinic is working well and thee are a second doctor and two nurse trainees now. However the (corrugated) roof in the part where the sick rooms are however is leaking, the building needs to be repainted and holes and cracks in the floor must be repaired.
The doctors don't earn enough to pay for the cost.
